When will I get my letter?
The 1000 Islands Post is mailed on the 15th of every month.
If you subscribe before 12PM EST on the 15th, you’ll receive that month’s issue.
If you subscribe after 12PM EST on the 15th, your adventure begins with the following month’s mailing.
Once your issue has been sent, delivery times are typically:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 2–6 weeks
Part of the charm of The 1000 Islands Post is the anticipation of finding something special waiting in your mailbox. We appreciate your patience as your letter makes its journey to you, wherever you call home.
How do I cancel my subscription or update my mailing address or payment information?
You can manage your subscription at any time by emailing us at [email protected]
If you need to update your mailing address, payment method, or cancel your subscription, please contact us before the 15th of the month. This gives us enough time to update our mailing list before your next issue heads to the post office.
What if my letter doesn’t arrive?
One of the joys of The 1000 Islands Post is slowing down long enough to wait for something special to arrive in your mailbox. While most letters arrive within a week or two, postal delays do happen from time to time.
- U.S. subscribers: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
- International subscribers: Please allow up to 6 weeks.
If your monthly Post still hasn’t arrived after that time, simply email us at [email protected]. We’ll happily work with you to send a replacement free of charge.
Before reaching out, we recommend checking your order confirmation to make sure your mailing address is correct, as an incorrect address is the most common reason for missing mail.
We want every issue to find its way home, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
